The Amazing Science Chase Team Registration

The Amazing Science Chase is a unique and exciting event within Science Rendezvous @ UofT that challenges teams of 2-4 participants to immerse themselves in a fun, hands-on adventure that requires the application of their scientific knowledge and problem solving spirit!

Did we mention there are prizes for the fastest groups to finish? There are!

The two events are:

The Adult Event (Ages 16+)

Get transported into a high-tech world of deception and intrigue! In a race against time that spans the whole U of T campus, you must use your problem-solving skills and scientific knowledge to save the world from the greatest threat it has ever seen! It will be up to you to uncover and stop secret (and dangerous!) research being conducted at U of T's corporate partner, the Millenial Project Research Organization (MPRO)...

The Kids Event (Ages 10 - 13)

University of Toronto Department 99 (UT99) is a secret department that researches and develops technology to benefit the Earth's environment and all human kind. Recently, there have been signs that something very wrong is going on behind the scenes.... the key professor and some top secret research data has gone missing! We need your help to find the professor, uncover the reasons for his disappearance and retrieve the missing research!

It is advised that kids event participants have adult accompaniment with them throughout.

Please note: The time needed to complete these events varies widely from group to group. The average time spent by groups in the 2008 event was 1.5 hours, and average time spent by teams during the 2009 event was 1 hour
